We have a vacancy for an Account Manager, specialising in the B2B industry so we are looking for an experienced Account Manager who understands about sourcing promotional products from UK based suppliers.
We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, to be a valuable member of our busy and growing team and to share the passion and enthusiasm we have for the promotional products industry generally and HMA Creative in particular. You need to be able to work without supervision but you must also work effectively as part of a larger team.
In depth knowledge with proven ability to source from UK based promotional product suppliers
Ideally with 3 years proven track record within the B2B promotions industry.
Account Management of mainly UK and European client accounts from sourcing, order taking, artwork, approvals, production and delivery including client after care service.
Fast turnaround of quotes
Helpful and polite attitude – going that extra mile
Accurate quoting and excellent attention to detail
Proactively working to increase the turnover and GP of client base through innovative ideas and excellent customer service
Ensuring all work is sense checked for accuracy
Processing Sales and Purchase Order documentation, placing and receiving orders, artwork approvals, delivery notes, etc
Using internal order processing software (CRM) of which training is provided
Liaising with clients and suppliers both during enquiries and live orders through to delivery and after care.
Knowledge of safety testing procedures to ensure that products comply with safety regulations.
Answering telephones when required
Looking after and keeping tidy the samples, both in the main office and in the warehouse
General admin support to all areas of the business when required
Generally putting all information on CRM to encourage paperless working environment
Meet and Greet duties when clients or suppliers visit
Assisting other Account Managers and Account Directors as necessary and as governed by the needs of the business.
Working knowledge of Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook
